Is there a statue of limitations on the mishandling of a Will?

That would fall under a Breach of Fiduciary Duty and it is my understand ing that the state of Missouri has a five (5) year statute of limitations on those cases.  I would strongly suggest that you seek help from an experienced estate litigation attorney.  Good luck.
