Is there anything I can do about unopened bottles of soda that has nasty stuff floating in it?

I noticed some kind of nasty stuff floating in my bottles of mountain dew as I was putting it in the

refrigerator. It’s also settled in the bottoms of the bottles. I didn’t notice it yesterday and drank 3 of them. Is there anything I can do about this?

If you become ill from drinking this soda and receive medical treatment (that can be documented), you can recover monetary compensation for your injury. However, if you don't receive medical treatment, you will receive little if any compensation since you suffered no actual physical harm. Bottom line, unfortunately, you'll just have to wait and see if you become ill. What you may want to do in the meantime is to contact the manufacturer of the soda and see if they will do something to make this right by way of a small monetary token, free product, coupons, etc.
