Is there any law preventing a relationship between a 15 year old male and a 18 year old female?

The age of consent is the minimum age at which a person is legally considered old enough to consent to participation in sexual activity. In CO, the age of consent is 17. Individuals under that age are not legally able to consent to sexual activity, and such activity may result in prosecution for sexual assault.
