Is my husband responsible to continue carrying insurance on me until the divorce is finalized?

Generally speaking, your spouse has no legal obligation to insure you ever.   The legal right to insure you comes with the legal status of marriage which an insurance company must abide by.  I you wish to maintain insurance during the pendency of the divorce then you need to negotiate that issue.  Good luck.
