Is it wise to let my husband alone sign up for buying a house or it’s better tht we both do it?

Is it better to buy a house together with my husband, or I can let him sign up alone? What could be the consequences if we divorce one day?

Because of community property law in Arizona, if your husband wants to "sign up alone" to buy a house, you actually will have to disclaim any interest in the house.  If you do that and later get divorced, the house would be his separate property.  It would probably be best to buy the house together, unless for some reason having you on the mortgage would make it more difficult to get the loan.
