Is it possible to pay money for a 2 year sentence to avoid prison time?

No, you can not.  But it is possible to plea bargain or make a deal prior to the court issuing a sentence.  If this is a criminal mater then you have the right to an attorney to help you in this process.  Please make sure that you exercise that right.  Good luck.
