Is it possible to get home detention and probation for a Class c felony sexual misconduct with a minor?

The male was 19 and the female 15 but she was the aggressor and this was his first ever offense.

Based upon what you have written, it is possible to get home detention for what you have written but given the age difference and the felony charge very unlikely. The person you have written about should consult with a criminal defense attorney well experienced in felonies for a defense.
