If you leave home at 17 and your parents seek to have you returned, you would not necessarily be sent to juvie unless there is a prior history that you are not stating here.  You must realize that at 17 your parent do still have a right to have you returned home unless you seek to have yourself emancipted if your state so allows.  But that is not as easy as one might think.  If things are really bad seek to speak with some adult that you trust to help you find a solution.  Good luck to you.
