Is it illegal to order breast awareness bracelets and sell them door to door?

I plan on donating half the income to breast cancer research

Unless your community where you wish to sell the items requires a sales license and/or prohibits door to door solicitations then what you have writtem about seems allowable. To be sure, I suggest that you contact your local permit and resource department for a specific answer to your question.
