This is an issue you need to discuss with a family counselor and an attorney. Nothing here appears to be considered abuse or inappropriate behavior. Many families co-sleep and helping to wipe sounds like a cleanliness issue.
Consider disucssing this with a family counselor to get to what does occur and whether it is something to really worry about or something he will eventually grow out of.
