Is driving 93 mph in a 70 mph zone on the highway considered reckless driving?

I had to use the restroom and was speeding to the nearest exit and I do not believe I was going that fast. The officer never explained anything to me as far as how fast I was going or that I would have to omen to court so I thought that it was just a regular speeding ticket. I only noticed it after I read the ticket after I stopped at the next exit to use the restroom. He also said “the other officer” clocked me and not him and came back and changed his story. Hey also asked for the passenger’s ID. He also would not come back out after I called the station. Do you think I have a case?
