in the state of oregon how long does the DA have before they can no longer bring back a dismissed without prejudice

I got a DV and a gun charge but
they had no proof i did either.
How long till they can no longer
bring that back up

A case that has been dismissed without prejudice can be reinstated at any time prior to the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations.  It is unlikely that the DA will allow the statute of limitations to expire without pursuing the case.
If the case had been dismissed with prejudice, it could not be reinstated.
