Does my stepmother get everything even though my father left me money in his Will?

The house and all 5 bank accounts are jointly owned so I’m told. Total assets are $244,000.

If the house and bank accounts are in the names of your late father and stepmother as joint accounts, she is entitled to those assets as a matter of law regardless of what his Will may state. Given what you have written, I suggest that you consult with a Wills and trust attorney in your locality. once can be found on attorneypages.com.
