What happens if I get caught for driving with more than one passenger during the 6 month period after I get my license?

The laws vary from state to state.  Your license could be suspended or revoked for violating the rule about passengers during the initial period after obtaining a driver's license.

If your driver's license is suspended or revoked, reinstatement of your license in the future will result in a substantial increase in your auto insurance premiums.
