If you have a pre/arranged funeral and nobody passes and you paid towards it but decide to back out, can you get your money back?

You probably signed a contract with the funeral home or cemetery. That contract should address cancellation or surrender of the contract. Whether you can get your money back most likely depends on what the contract says.
