If there is a mistake n the tspeeding ticket that I got, it is legal?

The cop wrote the wrong color of car. Can my case be dismissed?

As a genral rule, an "clerical" error such putting down the wrong color of car (or make or model, etc.) on a traffic ticket is not sufficient enough cause to dismiss a case. Such an administrative mistake it deemded to be harmless will be corrected by the court.
