I'm not a Texas lawyer. I've looked at the annulment statute, and it looks like you can only use the 72-hour rule to get an annulment within 30 days after the marriage.

There might be other grounds for an annulment, or for a divorce, depending on the unique facts of your marriage.  You need to speak to a qualified attorney in your area, to get a solid understanding of your rights under the law.  One place you can look for the family court lawyer you need is our website, http://attorneypages.com
