If my wife and I are seperated, can she go into my personal bank account and take money without my permission?

This is not an easy question to give guidance on.  If you ar legally separated and have separated marital assets so that they are now considered separate assets then no, she can not.  But if you are not legally separated then money earned during a marriage is marital money regardless of whose name it is in.  Where you stand here will determine the outcome.  Good luck.
