If my parents ask me to pick them up at 2 in the morning because they’ve been drinking and want to stay safe but I’m 17, could I get introuble with curfew laws?

Yes: they fact that you have a very good reason for doing this does not exempt you from the curfew. It may still be right for your family to make sure they don't drive under the influence, but bear in mind that if pulled over, you would bear the brunt. Best would be for them to take a cab, car service, or Uber.
