If my husband is cheating on me and I want him out of the house, how can I make him leave?

I am so sorry.  The only way that he can legally be made to leave is to either agree to do so or by court order.  If you filed for divorce or separation (if your state allows) then you could ask for exclusive use and occupancy of the marital home. Good luck to you.
