If I went into a marriage owning my home, ismy wifeentitled to anything in divorce?

I went into a marriage 100% owning my home. After being married, the home was put into both of our names. Then, due to a business bankruptcy, the house was put into my wife’s name to protect it. Now, if I get divorced, is she entitled to anything, because the home was mine before the marriage?

Here is the thing: the court looks at the intention of the parties to make the home a marital home and thus, marital property. Placing her name on the deed points toward an intent. Plus marital funds paid for the mortgage or repairs or taxes, etc. There are always ways to compromise but seek help from an attorney in your area.  Good luck.
