IF I PAID MY HUSBAND CASH BOND AND HE DECIDENOT TOGO TO COURT, can I go to jail for him? Any consecuences for me and my kids?

I paid a cash bond for my husband and HE DECIDE NOT TO GO TO COURT. I KNOW I LOST MY MONEY BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT OS” CAN THE POLICE COULD COME AGAINST ME AND MY KIDS?

If your husband has skipped bail then your money is forfeited.  However, you have no criminal liability here as long as you do not help your husband hide from the police.  If you are hiding him you could be in trouble.  He is a fugitive and aiding and abetting a fugitive is a crime.
