If I marry my fiance with whom I have 3 children, are his wages subject to child garnishments regarding my 2 children from a prior relationship?

Does my current partner’s earnings have any bearings on “back support” or future payments/modifications?

His wages are not subjec to wage garnishment on YOUR support obligation.  However, if you have a joint bank account, they could levy his wages out of that account.  So, keep separate bank accounts.

His income is not considered when determining your child support obligation.

Best of luck.
