If I hit a car and pulled over after, but they drove away after, can I still get in trouble?

I was at a stoplight and I was in the
crosswalk. I reversed back not
knowing there was a car behind
me. They honked as I bumped
them. As he light turned green, I
turned and pulled off to the side.
The car did not follow me. Can I
still get in trouble even though I
pulled over?

You ahould not face a ticket, summons, or fine, etc. for leaving the scene of an accident, since you did not do that. If you did any damage to the other vehcile, the other driver or his insurer could sue you for that damage, if they were to locate or identify you.
