If I have a work visa application pending, can I still take a domestic flight within the US?

If you are in the US and need to fly domestically, you should not need to present any documentation regarding your immigration status so you should be fine to travel domestically.  When you say that you have a work visa application pending, do you mean a H-1B petition that was filed on your behalf by an employer?
