If i filed for divorce and then 4 months later spouse took out a loan, am i responsible for paying it back.

Filed in June of 2003. He took out
a loan in October 2003. I lived
separate from him before I filed.

What kind of loan did he take out?  And why was your name on the loan?  Did it require signatures (I am sure about that) and was your forged?  Getting the loan documents is key.  Also is service of the notices upon you that the loan was in default and obtaining the judgement. You should indeed ask for the payment history as well.  Good luck.
