if i file for uncontested divorce online and move out of state, would i need to go back to state filed in to court when it is final?

Yes, because you would need to appear in court, etc.  Your residency requirements may be an issue, as well.  Try www.attorneypages.com to at least consult with an attorney to determine if you can waive appearance by having counsel appear for you.
