If I put my 2 weeks notice in, can my employer refuse to let me keep my job if I decided to stay?

My employer is refusing my job after I decided to revoke my notice. I have here for 7 years there reason was because they hired new people.

The fact is that once a 2 week notice is put in, an employee is deemed to have resigned. An employer need not honor the 2 weeks and can release the employee immediately. Further, it is not up to a worker to "decide" to stay after giving notice; it is their employer's decision.
