IfI signed a contract the dealership didn’t provided itemized costs and charged hidden fees doI still have a case in civil court?

I purchased a used car from an authorized dealership on the price we agreed upon, yet I ended up paying $3000 more than the agreed price. Without providing any vehicle service record (lied about no service record) and itemized cost on the contract, I was tricked into signing . Made several calls to the dealership, they kept avoiding me and telling me hat I already signed the contract, nothing can be changed or done. I am not trying to break the contract or return the car, I jut want to get rid of that 3000 on my financing contract. My question is can i win in small claim court
