If an employee quits, when do we have to provide them their paycheck?

We have employees that quit that are demanding they receive their paycheck in person on pay day. We want to mail the checks on payday. Is it legal for us to mail the check on pay day instead of giving it to them in person on Friday.

If an employee quitss their final paycheck must be provided at the time of separation if possible, but no later than next payday. Typically they can be mailed out on payday.
