If a marriage certificate was never filed after the ceremony but there was a ceremony done with witnesses, am I legally married?

It appears you have a legal maariage and that is simply an oversight for the certificate to not have been filed. Please immediately contact your county clerk by visiting the office and checking to see what now needs to occur.
