If a judgement case is dismissed, is loan company obligated to return title a vehicle?

The finance company took me to court for a debt I defaulted on. After 2 hearings they did not show and the judge dismissed the case. Are they obligated to return the title to my vehicle?

If the action against you was dismissed by the court concerning the vehicle that you have written about where the car was was repossessed that you are writing about, you do not get the car back. Whether or not the action can be refiled against you depends upon whether or not the action was dismissed with or without prejudice.

Good luck.
