If a cop finds drugs out side a public bathroom, can he come in and search you and then arrest you for possession?

It was not mine. He now says it was on me for the arrest. What should I do since he’s lying?

Hello. The full details would need to be known. Seek an attorney licensed in your state to assist and advise you. Some attorneys are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys will speak initially at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys will provide a reduced fee for financial hardship. Some attorneys may also assist you in a limited scope manner to conserve legal costs. All the best.
