If a company sent me wrong merchandise and has made no effort to pick up but issues refund anyway, am I still obligated to return the merchandise?

This is a sauna delivered by tractor trailer – 2 boxes on a pallet. It is now waiting in my garage for pick-up.

I would contact the company that sent you the wrong merchandise via e mail and mail keeping a copy of such for future reference stating that such needs to be picked up at its expense by a certain date and if not you will continue to hold it and charge a storage fee since the items were improperly sent to you.
