It depends.  Why did you retaliate? Not a good sign --

In terms of your imprisonment and sentence, talk to your public defender.  He or she knows your case best (i..e, any priors, if you were charged as an adult, any conditions).  I don't know if you are assuming you will be in a juvenile detention center or if you have actually been sentenced to there.
