The mere inheritance of a quarter interest in the parcel that you have inherited will not have any impact upon your ability to receive social security (SSI) benefits as an adult or as a minor. Such benefits are premised upon issues not related to one's net worth. I suggest that you may want to consult with a Wills and trust attorney about the matter you have written about for additional questions that you may have.
