I would like to know if I have any grounds to sue (or whatever) for my termination?

I was a tenured teacher who was terminated for incompetency. MSTA provided a lawyer just for the hearing in which he made the administration look like idiots. The board supported termination any way. A board member was the college roommate of my principal. Colleagues could argue the examples but are afraid of retaliation.

While I don't practice in your state, im sure your courts probably have a pre-requisite to filing suit: exhaustion of remedies.  You have to go through the entire appeal process that is available to you in your teaching district.  Once that is completed and resolved (one way or another) then you can sue in court.
