If I was wrongfully terminated, what are my options?

I requested 2 weeks off for the first 2 weeks of this month. I filled out a form in regards to this and my manager approved it; I have that form. I found out that I was terminated because I have not been to work and did not contact and or inform my employer. This is the 2nd time my manager has said that she does not have me as being off, when I have the proof written and signed. I also have been threatened about firing me in the past recent months, verbally and by email.

You can always try and fight your dismissal by producing evidence that your absence was approved. However, your firing was legal. That is unless it violated the terms of a union agreement ro employment contract. The fact is that most work relationships are "at will". This means that a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). In fact, a worker can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
