If I was put on a preventive suspension for more than 30 days, is this a violation?

My company put me on a preventive suspension 01/18. They scheduled an administrative conference 01/23. They notified me that it will be moved and just wait for further notice. On 02/16 they finally called me for the administrative hearing and I was hoping that they can already come up with a decision. I was expecting to get a decision on that day but instead they notified me that my suspension will be extended until next week. I would like to know if my company violated anything and what best action to take.

In most work relationships, a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). Accordingly, unless your suspension violates the terms of any applicable union agreement or employment contract, you have no claim here.
