What are my rights if I was offered a job 5 days ago but was terminated because 1 person out of 15 felt uncomfortable with the idea of working with me?

I was giving the training schedule and told I would start in 2 weeks. However today, the franchise owner called me to say he would be letting me go. I was told he didn’t have to release more information to me but he wouldn’t even clarify to me what I apparently did. I don’t even know all the employees there and with the ones I do they recommended me for the job. I am very curious if I have been wronged here.

You didn't give the reason why this other employee was uncomfortable working with you. If it was because of your being a member of a "protected class", then your termination would constitute employment discrimination and you could sue your ex-employer. Being a member of such a class means that you cannot be treated differently based on your race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.
If, however, this above does not apply to your situation they you have no claim unless your discharge violates the terms of an employment contract, union agreement or company policy.
The fact is that most employment relationships are "at will", which means that an employer can hire/fire as is chooses for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
