What to do if I was named a beneficiary of a large sum of money in Ghana?

I had a lawyer look in to this and turn out to real. The merchant security firm company said I to pay $19,800 to have it transported from them to a bank and then I have to have separate bank account for them to do a bank to bank transfer. I just need to find out if I need to pay this? I have all the papers to verify this.

This is 99.9 % guaranteed to be a scam. Do not send them your money.

When people are really named beneficiary of a large sum of money, they do not have to pay to get it. Any necessary fees get paid at the end and are subtracted from the "large sum of money." You do not pay them up front.
