If I was in a wreck went to the hospital, can my boss now fire me?

If not, what can I do? It was me, my girlfriend and our 10 month old daughter.

I would need to know slightly more facts, but if you feel you were discriminated against by your employer because you were legitimately hurt in the car wreck, then you would have some legal recourse.
