What to do if I was rear-ended auto accident but I was put at fault?

The police office wrote me a ticket for reckless driving and unsafe movement . What type of lawyer should I contact to fight this ticket? Should I contact a traffic lawyer or a auto accident lawyer?

If you were injured at all (such as a whiplash requiring chiropractic care), you want to get two lawyers -- a criminal traffic lawyer to fight the tiicket and an auto accident lawyer to bring your personal injury claim against the true at-fault driver.  Just because the cop found you at fault does not mean the judge or arbitrator in a civil suit will.
