I was fired from my job two days after the reason for termination. Is this legal?

We go by a point system,I had exhausted
all of my points by being absent, my
employer continued to work me for a few
more days and then tells me I am being
terminated on a Sunday and that I
should have been terminated Friday. Is
this a legal termination?

So long has you were paid for all of the time that you worked, then your employer has done nothing illegal. The fact is that in an "at will" emploment relationship, a company can set the terms of employment much as it sees fit (absent legally actionable discrimnation or the violation of any agreement otherwise).
