If I pled nolo contendere and the case was dismissed, do I include this info on an application that has a “Self Reported Criminal History” section?

I was charged with open container. I was a passenger in a car and there was a previous opened wine cooler bottle in the car.

You were dismissed?  If the case was dismissed,  you need to find out if this is considered a withdrawal of plea. If so,  you need to see if it will be sealed and eligible for expungement. You might be able to answer no in any background check but make sure before you fill out any such question.
