No, you do not have any recourse.  I am wondering who you think might be responsible for the fact that you were late for work?  Were you thinking you could make a claim with the person who caused the accident?  Being late for work because of an accident you were not involved in and missing out on a bonus is not the type of damage an auto insurance carrier would consider covering.   Perhaps your employer would reconsider your bonus given the circumstances.  It sounds from your question that you still made it to work, you were simply late.  Thus, you were still in attendance at work.  Sometimes in life, bad things happen and things do not go our way.  It does not mean we can sue someone and recover money for our inconveniences.
