I don’t want to miss out on scholarships but I don’t know If I have a chance? Can I file to get a green car or anything that gives me the chance to apply for scholarships?

If you were brought to the US unlawfully, under the current immigration laws, you are not eligible to legalize your status within the US.  You can possibly obtain employment authorization through DACA but that's about all.  How old are you now?  If you are under 18 and your parents are in valid legal status, they may be able to petition for your permanent residence but you'd have to leave the US first.
