If I was arrested yesterday on a bench warrant and i posted bail, will I get that money back once I appear in front of a judge?

This is my first offense and it is about 1 1/2 years old. I was arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct at a bar. I had been drinking there with the owner after hours and he had given me a ruphy. However, the officers did not breathalyze me or take my blood to show that I had anything in my system. The paperwork states that they did not Mirandize me. I pled guilty initially due too being extremely groggy, confused and overall just wanting to go home. Should I reverse my plea and try to defend myself? Or should I see if the original offer of the adult diversion program is still open?

If you paid all the bail yourself (rather than using a bail bondsman), you should get the money back when you appear.  It sounds like you should hire a criminal defense attorney; you should not try to defend yourself.
