If I was arrested within a controlled liquor licensed area, should I fight it?

I approached the officers within the fenced area and asked them if I could leave with my beer and they said no. So I kept asking them why and then they arrested me on the spot. Also, everybody else was drinking around me and they were selling beer within the fenced area.

What were you charged with, may I ask? I would always consult with an attorney after an arrest as to the facts and circumstances and possible outcomes.  An arrest and conviction can follow you the rest of your life. ANd ask about expungement too.  Good luck.
