If I’ve been divorced almost 2 years and have just found a home that my ex-husband purchased while we were still married, do I have any claim on it?

He did not disclose this on the list of assets we had to produce during mediation.

Depends on your state law. Once the divorce decree is issued it is final. To reopen the case you must provide some kind of basis such as mistake or fraud. Different basis may give you different statute of limitation on the issue, typically 1-3 years. Consult an attorney in your area to find out.
